- Current psychologist license from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) or equivalent.
- Relevant education.
- Professional experience in child and adolescent psychology, mental health, and social work.
- Working fluency in either French or Arabic.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Ability to adhere to the authority of local leadership.
- Cross-cultural experience, preferably in the Arab world.
- Commitment to the principles of transformational development.
- Ability to research, plan, and manage new projects with local partners (including skills of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluating projects, attention to detail, high-quality written documentation, and regular assessment visits).
- Courageous, adaptable, and teachable.
- Ability to persevere in ever-changing circumstances and work independently.
- A team player who is ready to serve with their gifts.
- Strong oral communication, used for training, facilitation, networking, and relationship development.
